At Radstock Co-op, membership is all about ownership. Anyone over the age of 16 can apply to become a member. There are twos ways you can become a member- pay a mere £2 joining fee in store or pick up a card and start earning loyalty points (200 loyalty points=£2). The £2 joining fee is then used to open a share account in your name. Once the threshold of 200 loyalty points in reached (or you have paid the £2 joining fee) members will receive their loyalty points in the form of a "dividend" twice a year, in May and November. As a member, you have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making process, and you get to vote on decisions that impact the Society's future at members' meetings and via the member-elected Board of Directors.

Membership Benefits:

After 6 months of membership, you will be eligible to attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and vote in elections for new members of the Board of Directors. After two years of membership, with at least £50 in your share account, you can even stand for election for the Board of Directors.
